Trip to Zurich and 2 month later return. Headrest too high up, even with adjusting no neck support. Crying baby Zurich to Doha (Dreamliner), crying babies Doha to Perth (Boeing 777), with no break - no sleep. Suggestion: A section divided with curtain for families with babies and toddlers. Leg room seems a little bigger than other airlines. Overall not impressed but will use again if price is right.
