Business Class

I was fortunate enough to get upgraded from economy to business class. I'm still very grateful that happened but I was really surprised at how poor the service was as well as the food. Much of the food was inedible to me - so poorly prepared - meat dry and overcooked, sauce from a packet, silly little portions. The stewardess never brought me my drink, never asked if I needed anything. More importantly, they didn't even respond when I pressed the button for service. My earphone jack didn't work and not one but two stewardesses blew me off. In the end, after being on the plane for 2 hours without working headphones i took matters into my own hands and used the duck tape i had to push the headphones deeper into the jack. They removed it when I went to the washroom before I had the opportunity to take a picture which i had planned to do. It was really a disappointing experience for my first time flying first class. The beds were great as was the duvet but i was really appaled by the rude, curt and not helpful service.
