Business Class

French citizen living in Singapore, I have to say I avoid to fly with AF but I had to recently. It was a nightmare. After keeping us half of the night, about 4 hours at airport, we have been informed our flight was canceled, and our flight rescheduled 25 hours later. Then this second flight was canceled as well. I was lucky to find a seat with the amazing Singapore Airlines unless I would still probably be at changi airport. I do understand that technical problems can happen, but the question is how to handle them. It was an absolute nightmare, no information, what Air France tried to do is just keeping the pax in Singapore to avoid to fly back to Paris with an empty plane. I felt like an hostage. After complaining, waiting more than a week for an answer, I finally get a few miles but no compensation. Insane with 48 hours delay. Never again...
