If this review is also including ground service i would rate this airline totally 1 star or zero because of lack of proper coordination or communication regarding flight delays, but i will base my experienced with pal base on my actual flight on board. well inside the aircraft is an opposite of what ground crew service of pal have..my flight to Canada was a different story it was a total awesome experienced from the friendliness of flight cabin attendants to a fantastic pilot which the captain often tried avoiding rough air turbulence. i am really grateful and totally compensated with the excellent service on board.
