Philippine Airlines review by Jennie 2015-10-23

My experience with Philippine Airlines has been by far the worst experience ever! With the customer service that I have received and my experience flying with Philippine Airlines. We were on time for our flight on October 21, 2015 from Taipei to Manila, where we needed to transfer flights to LAX. Everyone that was supposed to be on board of the TPE to MNL was on time... But these two women came late, so we ended up leaving an hour and 30 minutes later than our promised departure time. When me and my fiancé checked our bags in, those two ladies checked their bags ahead of us, so they were already in the airport. When we were on the plane, we told the flight attendants that we had a connecting flight to LAX and asked if we would make it since we left later, and she said the plane was going to wait for us. Right when we landed, a flight attendant met us at the entrance with our names on the paper and told us to run with her because we were going to make our flight. Our flight was supposed to depart at 9:00pm, we got there at 8:45pm and they told us that they switched our flight. Now what upsets me is that they waited for the 2 ladies for 30 min and they couldnt wait for us for 5!!!!!
