I had to call these crooks about 15 times before they reinstated my 84, 000 frequent flyer miles. The program is designed so that they never have to redeem the miles. First you cannot find out when the miles expire except by calling them; they are not on the website! Then they tell you that you have to EARN miles every six months, not just use miles. Total fraud! If you try to redeem, they only allow you to use the 10,000 mile each way feature if you sleep in the Denver airport overnight for most flights out of PDX. The system is designed to rip you off! Never fly on this band of crooks. You have been warned!
