I flew Jestar business class from Tokyo to Coolangatta, Australia in Aug. No business class lounge. The best description: Eight hours of discomfort in what is more like Premium Coach. Narrow seats. Lean 45 degrees at most. Inadequate leg room. 8 seats/row. No personal TV. Supper was a bowl of soup. Breakfast a croissant and jam. Is that for BUSINESS? EDITORS COMMENT: This is a low cost carrier - their business class is more like economy on a standard full service airline. What you describe is perfectly normal for business class on a low cost carrier.
