Air India review by Indrani 2015-09-13

Due to extremely bad experience I had with this Airline I will not recommend it to anyone. We never had such a bad experience with any other airline before. I am regretting flying this airline making our lives so stressful. Our forward flight to Rome from Sydney was cancelled. They gave us a other date. We had to fly on that certain date. So we had to go with another airline & it went smoothly. Our Return flight from Rome was cancelled in the 11th hour. they agreed that we fly Lufthansa to Frankfurt & then Air India to Sydney via Delhi . When at the Frankfurt airport they say that we don't have a booking . Finally just before the gate closes they booked us in after long conversation.,It was a very stressful situation. It was all Air India's fault. Air hostesses are like Robots. They can't smile . Very unfriendly. The worst airline I have ever flown.
