Travelled from London gatwick to Calgary. The trip did not start well with the flight delayed by over 1 hour due to late inbound flight. However, once onboard it was a refreshing change compared with the airlines already serving this route. Crew were friendly and polite, aircraft was clean, you have to pay for meals, alcohol drink except hot beverage and water. They provide you with option to hire tablets as no seat back tv. overall I would recommend and defiantly travel on them again. Just hope the standard does not drop!!
