Delta Air Lines review by Daniel 2016-12-20

Flying out of RDU, I stepped into the terminal... well, barely. The line for delta was out the door and overflowing into curbside pickup. And yes.. you guessed it, Delta was the ONLY airline with this problem. Why you might ask? Because for the entire airline there were three representatives.. one of which was walking around saying hello to everyone. We ended up waiting line so long we had to rebook our flight for the next day. And I know what you must be thinking. The answer is no.. we didn't get there 10 minutes before our flight. We arrived with TWO HOURS to spare.
