Business Class MEL to CAN was ok but not more than that. Check in was ok but poor buggers at Economy: absolute chaos. Cabin was super new but felt quite cold due to design. Flight attendants English skills were very basic and so was the service- they tried hard but just couldn't live up to the standard of other airlines. Fully flat bed was great. Arrival in CAN was timely but no guidance / support on lounge and connecting flights. Overall an OK experience, but they really have to improve their service if they want to operate globally!
