What happened to your Pilots? It was my third time to use PAL and I think this has been the worst experience frown emoticon. I used to like PAL because I felt safe flying (really you're home in the sky) but after my Mnl-Sin-Mnl experience (PR511/PR512) I'm actually thinking twice. One of the reason why we love PAL is because of the smooth take off and landing. The cabin crew service is still superb though. EDITORS COMMENT: A bumpy flight has nothing to do with the pilots but everything to do with the weather and the flight path instructed by air traffic control.
