Economy Class

This was the first time and the last time I flew with Thai Airway. Being a member in Star Alliance, my thought of their service level would similar to other operators like Singapore Airlines. First, I and others have to wait on airplane for almost 1 hour for MEL-BKK and same apply to BKK-SGN because many checked-in really late to the aircraft. Second, really bad food taste and size, very limited drink and bervarage options (even does not have champagne). Third, this is NOT a budget airlines which also includes meals. I got nothing (meals, drinks) in the TG550 flight on 7 Dec 2016. Fourth, rude customer service, it wouldn't be really bad if they approach to me when I pressed 'service' button. But here, they remotely turned it off for several of times.
