Turkish Airlines review by Andre 2015-10-13

IST-MLA, First time flying turkish, I can tell on board they are great, service is good, food amazing, good legroom, short haul flights without video on demand but nothing serious, on the ground it's a totally different thing, it's caos, they take a lot of time to process passengers, staff ultra rude, don't expect anything professional from the ground staff, and be there 3 hours before, the number of security checks is absurd, I know security is everything but they just over do it.
