Very bad experience. A member of the cabin crew was very rude, I think her name was Megan she spilt coffee all over my sister didn't really apologise and my sister got badly burnt from this. She was very moody and rude towards people when she got orders wrong she blamed it on everyone else. She shouldn't have a job in customer service if she doesn't know how to be nice.
