We were booked on KLM from SFO to MAN via AMS using mileage, but were switched to Air France via Paris due to an overbooking situation. Check-in at SFO was quick, efficient, and friendly. We were given directions to the business class lounge. Flights were on time and changing planes in Paris was not too difficult. Business class seating on the upper deck of the Airbus A380 was comfortable and quiet. Aircraft was clean and looked very new. Meals were okay. Service was friendly and efficient.
