I had a horrible flight from New York to Warsaw. Asides from being crampt in my seat, my food (which I made a special order for) came frozen. Not to mention, that my TV didn't work. But all this doesn't come close to the fact that the one thing I wanted to do which was change my return flight to an earlier date wasn't allowed without paying 489$ fee. This unprofessionalism coupled with an unwavering failure to even consider waving a travel fee (mind you I wasn't even allowed to speak to a manager for no reason) has given me the feeling that I will never use LOT again.
