Ryanair review by Greta

Ryanair's policy of seating passengers on the same booking separately, including families traveling with children, is absolutely disgraceful. It really is just completely unacceptable for them to do this. Booking together and then being asked to pay to be able to sit together during travel is just ridiculous and very unfair and short sighted on their part. The staff on Ryanair flights are very rude, the in -flight experience is horrible, the comfort of the planes with the ugly yellow plastic, lack of legroom, lack of seat pocket, the constant selling during the flight. It is just a horrible travel experienced. To add to that, having a flight delayed by an hour with no announcement of delay. Apparently the flight left on time, yet we sat on the runway for over an hour and were correspondingly late to arrive. Cannot understand this! My answer to their horrible policies, horrible planes and horrible staff? I simply will never travel with them again. I would far rather pay extra to fly with another carrier than to have to endure the Ryanair experience. It's simply not worth it.
