American Airlines review by Margaret 2016-12-11

My flight was cancelled with no notification. Rebooked on another cancelled flight. Forced to drive to a different airport to get on a flight that was leaving more than 12 hrs later. Each customer service representative was rude and unhelpful except ONE! Mind you I had to speak with FIVE! I will do everything in my power to NEVER fly with American Airlines again.
