Terrible customer service. We spent 12 hours in the airport, were finally sent to a hotel where we got 3 hours of sleep. Now we are waiting for our next flight and they will not even give us a voucher for a cup of coffee in the airport. When we get home we will have to fight with customer care to get any support. I understand that sometimes plane malfunctions happen but Delta should be ready to support clients. The irony is that this flight was partially paid for because of difficulties on the last flight I took. They cannot seem to get it together.
