Absolutely the worst!!!! I am traveling with my family and they canceled our flight for a reason that did not add up at all as other airlines were flying in at the same time to the same airport. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with someone who barely spoke english and was told they would would not do anything for me or my family to get us home just wait two days until our next flight. I stood in a line at the airport waiting for 2 hours to recover my bags and to see if they could assist in anyway. I got to the counter and was told sorry we cannot do anything here is a refund go away. No help or aid at all in getting another flight with another airline. The person at the counter handed me a card and said call the number I had just spent 45 minutes on the phone with. I managed to get them to issue a refund but only after refusing to wait two days for their next flight out and also even if I could have waited they also refused to compensate a hotel and expenses. Also FYI they will hold on to your money for 5-7 business days before refunding it to your card. In addition they will send you an e-mail to confirm the refund which looks the same as the original mail you get from them.
