Vueling review by Warwick 2016-07-07

My worst flight ever in 2 million kms of flying. One bag had had the expander zip opened, then slit all the way around and zipped up again. The other had the outside compartment unzipped, the lining slashed then zipped up again. Malicious, wilful damage. Complained to Vueling, received an automated answer, replied with a photograph of the damage. No further response. I would never travel on this airline again unless (a) no other airline offered the route I wanted, and (b) I have only carry-on baggage.
