Economy Class
We just got home from traveling during thr busy holidays. Every single AA employee that we came in contact with was cheerful and helpful. They did all they could to make every single person happy. On our last flight the pilot even talked with my 3 y/o son for a few minutes. Thank you all for making such a busy time to travel so enjoyable.
