From the day we booked our flights, we could not assign or oay for premium seats. We tried online for 3 weeks to upgrade to no avail. We found online that we could not allocate our seats untill 3hours prior to our flight. Having rung the Qantas line, we were placed on a callback system 5 hours prior to our flight in which we were disconnected half way through explauning our plight.. No callbackfrom Qantas operator. At the airport check in we requested a window and aisle seat which we were told was available. Our seats were allocated in the middle section of the plane. Go figure. The breakfast food was worse than my own cooking, and i cant cook. I will avoid Qantas at all costs in the future and will not recomend them. Qantas standards are the worst I have ever experienced. Perhaps Qantas needs to look at some other airlines as their reputation has died a slow death.
