Philippine Airlines review by Frankie 2016-11-27

Just took a flight from YVR to JFK today in business. I felt very warmly welcomed and taken care of. Some flight crews include Lilly if i don't remember incorrectly and Nick. I saw how the crew helped talk to a senior traveller who I think was crying. A female flight attendant gave me a mango chocolate from Cebu, which I never had, and she is very hospital. Nick is always on the lookout of passengers, making sure we get enough bread and drinks. I had never had a more personal experience in the business cabin. Normally, I would be left alone in a different experience with a different airline and I did not feel appreciated at all. However, with the crew of Vancouver BC to JFK on November 26, 2016, i feel like a child again, with every aspect being taken well cared of. I was with a smile the whole duration of the flight and left with it home.
