Vietnam Airlines review by Annie 2014-07-16

This is the worse airline experience. Although I have a confirmed booking, the airline had overbooked the flight and I was "deprioritised" and kicked me off my planned flight. The airline will not confirm whether I have a seat or not on my way back. This is an unacceptable level of inconvenience. No compensation was offered. There was NO customer service at all. They will not prevent the issue, even though they think it is likely to occur. This has been horrible experience and I am likely to be stuck and inconvenience again. I would never recommend this airline to anyone wishing to travel to vietnam. You couldn't pay me to use this airline again, the inconvenience and terrible customer service is not worth it.
