Economy Class
I am a frequent traveler in Asia, and Thai Airways has shown the worst customer service on the ground out if all the airlines I have used in Asia. The airline takes no responsibility for any issues and the staff is not trained to handled 300 passengers in events of delays or simple gate changes. While the aircrafts are ok, the poor customer service simple makes the trip quality very poor and therefore reduces the value for money.
