Scoot review by Paula 2013-06-13

I travelled from Sydney to Singapore on Scoot in May 2013. Flight left and arrived on time. We had paid an extra $25 to choose a 2 seater at the back of the plane. The first row after the 3 seaters stopped and we were disappointed to find it had a fixed arm rest. The rest of the two seaters behind did not. I would avoid this seat if travelling with a companion. I have flown with Air Asia several times and certainly find their seats more comfortable. The scoot seat was really hard. Cabin crew were good but food was quite poor. Still the flight in under 8 hours so it is not a big deal. I would not fly with them for an overnight flight but the day flight was good for the price.
