SriLankan Airlines review by Karan 2015-08-10

It's the worst airline. The check-in service is horrible. I had booked a ticket for my wife to fly from Colombo to London and had used my visa card. The airline refused her to be checked-in even though she had been issued with a E-ticket and had a copy of my visa card to show for verification. I sent my bank statement as they request to see proof of address and still they want to see the transaction. I could not get hold of the statement as the transaction was made two days earlier. My wife didn't fly out and instead had to book another ticket...... NEVER FLY WITH SL AIRLINE. they are so corrupt and never respects passengers.
