Me and my family book with aerlingus many times in a year between Amsterdam and Dublin. Now there is one flight that I couldn't take (Saturday 3rd of october) . Rebooking costs more then booking a complete new flight! It is sad that it does not seem to be possible to arrange any kind of refund since I am a very regular customer. At first I chose Aer Lingus above Ryan Air because of their customer mindset. Now I better choose the cheapest flight anyway (definitely RyanAir) since there is not much they do for me anyway.
