We were on our First Malindo experience and most importantly Honey Moon, It was a volcano eruption in Bali [03-11-2015] which erupted couple of hours before our flight. Though alerts/warnings were already in place with Malindo Air (as they had detained passengers at Kuala Lumpur(connecting flight) transfers - who actually traveled to Bali on 02-11-2015) still they had an audacity to make me fly to KL just to come up with a statement that NO FLIGHTS are flying to Bali and left us in transfers with other passengers (some stalled at transfers for more than 24hrs). We had no option other then to take a flight back to our home country and that too forcibly at our own expenses. All land packages were cancelled at throw away reimbursements. Malindo air had shown no help to get us any instant VISA (despite immigration officer stated to get a letter from Malindo and get instatant VISA). WORST Experience of life when they let their valuable customers to halt in transfers without food and accommodations. We were promised to issue retravel vouchers which were never given and on follow up with customer care, no response turned up ever. Flight: OD 206 DEL - KL DATE: 3rd Nov 2015
