The lounge in Istanbul has a funny rule that you can use the sleeper room only if your connecting time is 4-7 hours and you have intercontinental flights! It otherwise good but the staff is rude and brusque, whether it is for asking any questions regarding your flight or booking showers. A smile would be shocking. The comfort economy seats from New York to Istanbul are old business/first class chairs taken out of old planes and are falling apart. The video monitor does not shut even when stowed and heats up the seat. Seats are hard. Business class to Jakarta has old style seats which are not 180 degree flat.
