Worst experience of my life . Reservations staff bookings everything is so bad. And yet I still haven't received a acknowledgement letter to say that have read my complaint and at least say you are sorry.. pffttt t your a stuck up airline. Noone wants to fly with you. I was stuck in another country because of you guys stressing out with my 4 year old son not knowing what to do and how to get back home. Never again in my lifetime. I'd rather walk then fly your airline.
