British Airways review by jack 2013-07-24

the last time i flew with ba will be my last time with them, i flew from bangkok to london several years ago in a 747 which appeared to be either new or recently fitted with new seats with video screens in the back,at the time i had only heard about such things and was looking forward to the flight until i shoehorned myself into the seat and realised i was in for an uncomfortable, to say the least,12 hours the legroom was like an average minibus and the seat reclined about as far as a transit van drivers seat,i managed to sleep for about 30 minutes max even though the flight left at 12.35 am and was tired as hell.the staff were useless and spent most of the time asleep. i could go on forever but their's not enough space...i now fly with any far eastern or middle eastern airline and the difference in service and comfort is immense,even on a lesser known carrier like oman they can't do enough for you and feature on board wi fi and mobile phone connection.. finally got that off my chest.
