Air India review by Bhaumik 2015-07-28

i travelled from Sydney-Delhi-Sydney through Air India last week. The Boeing 787 dreamliner of Air India is really excellent. However, the cabin crew need some professional training regarding customer service. They lack the skill of customer service. they do not dress up well. The meal quality was average. The quantity of meal was not enough. The number of beverages was also very less. Unlikely to other airlines, Air India doesnotdoes not provide menu cards. Jain meal quality was very inferior .I request Air India to improve the quality of its cabin crew and meal.
