Flew with TAP airlines yesterday Lisbon to Rome was put on a Previlege Airline chartered 757 so old it still had ashtrays in the seat arms. Flight was delayed for about I hour, why I am not sure as no reason was given and no apology for delay or new ETA. Full plane and everybody not happy.
