Vietnam Airlines review by Cleveland 2015-12-18

Vietnam Airlines London Heathrow to Ho Chi Minh City 16 December 2015 This will be our first Vietnam Airlines (VN) flight and our second Boeing 787 aircraft. LHR NOTE: Wheelchair assistance met us on arrival but we were shuttle between three way points before reaching our destination in Terminal 4. We heard numerous other waiting passengers commenting on their long waits and shuttling from one point to the next. It took us 1.5 hours to move from terminal 3 to terminal 4. VN shares a SkyTeam lounge a short walk to our gate.. Drinks and food were available Very clean and comfortable facility. Our aircraft was an B-787 configured 1-2-1 in Business Class (No First).. The wi-fi was available for a fee. Overhead bins are spacious and more than adequate. The inflight entertainment system is packed with choices; current edition movies, music, tv programs etc. Controls are via the touch screen and the unit swings out of a storage recess. It worked as advertised The seat is a lay flat configuration not all that comfortable though. The cabin crew were excellent and very attentive throughout the flight. The
