Horrendous customer service... AVOID if possible Having done a group booking for 11 people and spend nearly £3500 I phoned up to add luggage and priority boarding for some of the passengers. They took payment and i thought i was done. Only after checking in did i notice the passengers i have paid for Priority booking didn't have it applied. I phoned up (including spending 10 minutes on hold on the Premium number) to be told that they had cancelled the priority boarding because it had to be for the whole group. They hadn't decided to tell me that, or refund me the money i had paid for it. After complaining, the only response i got was they would refund what i had paid or I could pay for Priority boarding for everyone. Any reasonable company would have owned up to their theft of my money and made a goodwill gesture. They will try to squeeze the last penny out of you and have zero customer service. Avoid if you can
