Congratulations to Vietnam Airlines for your ecxceptional service. We were unfortunate not to be able to land in HCM city on the first day of our trip. We hovered for an hour then had to land in Phom Phen to refuel. Once finally arriving in HCM some 4 hours late and all connecting passengers had missed their connecting flights inclucding the party of 4 l was travelling with. We were treated like royality, luggage retreived which had been booked through to Phom Phen, we were transported to a hotel for an overnight stay, provided with a meal and collected the next morning. Staff were sensational and could not do enough for us. Thank you Vietnam Airlines. We were booked on a lunch time flight to Phom Phen. Arriving a day late
