Qatar Airways review by James 2016-05-04

I have flown Qatar Airways a number of times and they used to be much better. Recent travels with them has seen an increase in customer service failures on the ground and intransigence by in-flight staff especially towards the economy passengers. What used to be an enjoyable journey experience with Qatar Airways is now just tolerable and by the look of things soon to become intolerable unless the airline management puts in some effort to get things back on track. For my future journeys between Europe, Middle East and Asia I will be looking at alternatives airlines.
