I recently took a Delta flight from Minneapolis to DC and several people in my vicinity (I could see 6 from my seat) were not wearing their masks properly, either under their nose or even under the mouth. The crew announced they would remind passengers to adjust their masks but they continued to serve these passengers without addressing the problem. To be fair, one crew member asked a passenger to adjust their mask over their nose *once* towards the end of the flight. I chose Delta because of their commitment to safety and not seating the middle seat. I’ve had three safe-feeling Delta flights since the pandemic but this experience has shaken my confidence. I probably won’t travel by air for the remainder of the pandemic, certainly not with Delta.
