The check in staff allowed boxes of wet fish and meat on to the flight, resulting in the bags and belongings of several passengers to be completely ruined. Their respons to a complain was to offer 50,000 VND (£1.50/$2USD) in compensation. They then refused to answer any complaints via email when this was refused.
