737 from Denpasar to Auckland via Brisbane. Was ok. Service was average to Brisbane but good to Auckland. Checkin was a nightmare in Denpasar. Very disorganised and busy. Checkin staff were nice. We though we paid for an upgrade on both legs but were seated behind the sneeze guard that shows where business starts. Had the front row on the second leg. This is the cheapest regional airline with a product to match. Carefully read all the terms and conditions because they will stick to them. Lost an entire flight that was upgraded with extra baggage, premium because they apply the fare rules from your first ticket. Premium lets you cancel 24 hours after departure but a basic fare upgraded to premium DOES NOT.
