Just like to express my utter disappointment with Ryanair , totally understand it's a business and there to make money .However my sons girlfriend paid for 1 weeks holiday for his 18th birthday , as they both study they don't have a lot of money even tho they work evenings and weekends , they opted for allocated seats with Ryan air as the aircraft had 49 seats unoccupied, They checked in this morning only to be split up , they phoned Ryan air who charged them £7 to sit next to each other . Ryan air stated they would do their utmost to sit people together - this has just proved to be FALSE .why don't Ryan air charge a little more and be more honest in random seating , easy jet do
