Come on American Airlines! You should be disqualified from using the name American. This was my 4th flight with you guys in 2years and all of them have been increasingly worse. From not having ben given seat numbers until check in, to delays to luggage issues, your airline has failed both expectations and follow up. I currently in a plane waiting on a runway hoping to take off asap.
