We started our flight on 22nd of December from Washington DC (USA) to London-Gatwick (UK) with a stopover in Casablanca. Although we had paid for the tickets to London-Gatwick Royal Air Maroc changed our tickets to London-Heathrow without previous notification. We arrived a little bit late in Casablanca; however my wife and I were able to get to the London-Gatwick boarding gate on time. There, we were informed that our tickets were no longer valid to LGW and had been changed to LHR that was the beginning of the chaos situation that Royal Air Maroc led us during the Christmas time. We took the LHR flight 2 hours later arriving in UK on 23rd December, but our baggage remained in Casablanca. From 23rd to 27th December I called the customer service phone number hundreds of times, getting always the same answer: nobody knew where my bags were. Since nobody from the poor customer service department called me, I had to go myself to LGW airport again and deal with the handling company. Finally I was allowed to get into the LGW baggage storage area and could pick my baggage up. Neither a call nor an email from Royal Air Maroc was
