Air China review by Jolijn 2016-03-29

Flew with Air China from London to Hongkong via Beijng and back from Manilla to London via Beijng. Flights were on time, but thats all good that can be said for these flights. Staff barely spoke any English, food was bad (not even warmed up properly), drinks were only provided for every couple hours, wine was only available once after diner (they would not give me a glass before diner). Blankets were not always packed in plastic, half of the time they were which makes me wonder if the times they weren't we just got blankets that were used already?!. In flight entertainment was poor, mainly in Chinese. And the worse: found a FULL AIRSICKNESS BAG (with someone else's vomit!!) at my seat !!! Did not get any excuses or a friendly smile for this or so, just received an empty one. Would way rather pay a bit more to fly with emirates again next time. Not choosing air china any more.
