Very poor phone customer services (based worldwide) as they cannot sort refund problems and delays (they always say yes you'll get it in 5 days - but nothing!), nor agree refund amounts when there are errors, plus there is no direct access to Ticketing to discuss these matters properly. Also they NEVER respond to email enquiries and complaints within 5 days as they advertise. Refunds take months to come through and are not complete - after 6 weeks I received 13 small refunds amounting to £241 when they STILL owe me another £328 !!! And they say Germans have no sense of humour, lol. Due to the errors in their online booking system which caused my cancellation within 24 hours of my first booking, I immediately rebooked and now await to review the actual flight after which I will NEVER fly with Lufthansa again.
