Economy Class

Easily the worst flight experience in 25+ yrs of frequent flighing. No one seemed to care about problems arising getting responses like "try to sort it out when you arrive in Brussels" (with a smile of indifference no less). The only help provided at their help desk in Brussels was a small note asking passengers to go the sales desk. To get there you had to go through passport control, out and then again into Belgium. After the flight they were extremely slow dealing with problems they had promised to sort out within 5 or 6 weeks. Furthermore, the webpage I was directed to was very hard to navigate. They don't even have a customer service telephone number.
