Economy Class

I read several surprising things in some comments, like the airport bus taking too much time bringing passengers from the aircraft to the terminal building (I don't think the Ryanair pilot was driving the bus) or the fact a flight was delayed (Ryanair has very good on-time stats and delays can be caused by a lot of causes among which ATC delays, weather,...). I have flown about 15-20 times with Ryanair, but also with Brussels Airlines, previously Tunisair, Sobelair and Virgin Express. Price has NO comparison with other airlines. It's normal that paying 5 or 10 times less, there are differences. The in-flight catering is rather good (as can be a short/medium-haul service), and customer service has improved a lot over the lasts years. Most flights land on-time or even early. The only bad point I see is that cabin crew announcements are hard to understand (they seem to make it a race, even in my French mother tongue it's hard to understand). Service is much better than national railway service, but at a much lower price. The airplane takes me to my destination on time, in a modern aircraft, with a good level of comfort at an unbeatable price. What else ?
